Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 27, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to MeetSync. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our scheduling platform.

2. Information We Collect

Personal Information:

When you sign up, create events, or participate in scheduling, we may collect your name, email address, and other relevant details.

Meeting Data:

We collect event details, selected time slots, and responses to facilitate scheduling.

So participants never need an account, MeetSync signs each visitor in with an anonymous Firebase ID when they create a meeting or respond. It is stored in your browser, links you to your own response so you can edit it, and anonymous IDs are deleted automatically after 30 days.

Usage Data:

We may collect information about your device, browser, and interactions with our site for analytics and performance improvements.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Facilitate event scheduling
• Store and manage availability responses
• Let respondents edit their own response and let organizers view and remove responses
• Improve our platform's functionality

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with third-party services (such as Firebase) to provide core functionality, analytics, and security.

5. Data Security

We implement security measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. Users are responsible for safeguarding their accounts.

6. User Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us at contactus@meetsync.net to make requests.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Continued use of MeetSync after changes constitutes acceptance.
