Free Meeting Poll, No Sign-up for Anyone
Stop asking “when works for everyone?” in a group chat. Send one link, let people mark the times they are free, and see the best options ranked at the top.
Three steps, about a minute
- 1
Pick your dates and slot length
Choose the days you are considering and split them into 15, 30 or 60-minute slots. That is the whole setup.
- 2
Share the link
Paste it into email, a group chat or a calendar note. People open it in any browser, type their name and tap the times they are free. Each person sees the slots in their own time zone.
- 3
Pick the top time
MeetSync ranks every slot by how many people can make it, and the ranking updates live as answers come in. Only you, the organizer, can see the individual responses.
Why a poll beats a thread
A message asking when people are free gets answered in fragments: one person replies with a day, the next with a time range, a third says they can do anything except Thursday. Someone then has to hold all of that in their head and find the overlap.
A poll asks everyone the same question in the same format, so the overlap is calculated rather than guessed. Because nobody has to create an account, more people answer, and answering takes less than a minute on a phone.

Frequently asked questions
Is the meeting poll really free?
Yes. Creating a poll, sharing it and reading the results are all free. There is no trial period and no card to enter.
Do the people I invite need to sign up?
No. Participants only need the link and a name. Organizers do not need an account either, though you can create one to keep your meetings in one place.
Who can see the responses?
Only the organizer, using the organizer link or access code. Participants mark their own availability and do not see everyone else's answers.
What if people are in different time zones?
MeetSync detects each viewer's time zone and shows the slots in it, from the full list of IANA time zones. A teammate in Tokyo and one in Chicago both see the same slots in their own local time.
Can someone change their answer after submitting?
Yes. Reopening the link on the same device lets a participant edit their availability, and the ranked results update straight away.
Does it send the calendar invite for me?
No. MeetSync helps you choose the time. Once you have it, send the invite from your usual calendar app.
